Kaposi Sarcoma causing virus can be transmitted by kissing

kaposi sarcoma is the 2nd most prevalent cancer in sub-saharan africa. its prevalence increased due to HIV prevalence, esp in sub saharan africa. it is caused by a virus HHV-8. the virus can be transmitted via saliva. what is not known is how some people end up having this cancer, as the virus is common in majority of the people.
